How we can collaborate

Flexible partnerships, built around the company’s goals and the project’s needs. Contributions can be directed to a clear need.

1. Financial partner

The company backs one or more priorities: the dance floor, equipment, flights and fees for artists, prizes or students’ transport.

2. Products or services partner

The company provides equipment, products, furniture, water, promotional materials, professional services or discounts.

3. Annual partner

A long-term collaboration supporting classes, camps, events and the growth of Space Cadets.

4. Communication partner

Support through promotion, photo, video, print, media exposure or brand activations relevant to our community.

What your support funds

Partner contributions turn into concrete opportunities for students and the community.

  • Prizes and events: they support participation, motivation and the quality of the experience at battles and competitions.
  • Transport for students: support for taking part in events and competitions outside Bucharest.
  • International artists and mentors: flights and fees for workshops, camps and artistic development events.
  • A better space: a floor suited to Breaking, equipment and facilities that improve learning.
  • Community growth: more chances to learn, collaborate and connect Romanian dancers with the international scene.

Products and services we need

A partnership does not have to be financial only. Companies can contribute through products, discounts, services, equipment loans or in-kind donations.

  • Physical training and mobility. Dumbbells, resistance bands, stretching bands and foam rollers.
  • Technology and education. A TV on a mobile stand for analysing battles, reviewing your own rounds and educational discussions.
  • Furniture and comfort. Chairs, armchairs for the waiting area, two or three tables and lights or neon signs for the space and events.
  • Branding and promotional materials. Banners, flyers, t-shirts, hoodies, caps and custom products for students and events.
  • Hydration and participant products. Water for classes, products for participant packs and prizes for events.

The plan for the next 12 months

  • Weekly classes, with continuity for students, alongside Cool A, Chen, Yurii and Soso
  • 3 Breaking camps: January, April and July 2027
  • 2 Breakflix & Chill events, with education through analysis and discussion
  • 2 events with international judges, for artistic exchange and international connection
  • Participation in national events, for competitive experience
  • Developing the space: floor and equipment for better facilities

These objectives are our development plan. The pace of implementation depends on available resources and the partnerships we build.

Initial budget for the identified priorities

Dance floor4.000 RON
Equipment and accessories3.500 RON
Flights for 3 international artists (about 1,000 RON per flight)3.000 RON
Fees for 3 international artists (500–1,000 EUR per artist)1.500–3.000 EUR
Estimated total for these priorities10.500 RON + 1.500–3.000 EUR

The total excludes accommodation, local transport, meals, production or other event costs, and also students’ transport to competitions, prizes, scholarships, furniture, TV or lights.

Transparency and visibility

We do not only want to thank sponsors. We want to show them what they made possible. Depending on the type of collaboration and the agreement, we can offer:

  • A clear description of the funded objective.
  • A record of contributions and supporting documents, under the applicable legal framework.
  • Updates on purchases, activities and implementation.
  • An activity report with relevant results and indicators.
  • Recognition of the partner on our channels and at events.
  • Relevant photos and video, respecting image rights and the rules on minors.

Collaborations and partners

In our work and events we have collaborated with, or been supported by, brands, organisations and artists who back Breaking culture.

Magazinul cu Șepci is a Bucharest brand that sells caps and does embroidery and printing on clothes and caps. Macanache is a very popular Romanian rapper who supports the hip-hop community.
